In our first session I will get to know you by asking you questions about your lifestyle (work, family, social, hobbies). Learning about you helps us create a plan for change (Yes, it's team work!).
I will help you to understand what is causing issues in your life, see patterns, choices and decisions that are not working for you! I can do this because I don't have any emotional attachment or bias.
I want to help you become the best version of you, using skills and strengths you either don't realize you have or have forgotten how to use them. I use science backed approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I take a trauma informed and strengths based approach in helping you.
You are in charge of your own therapy, I am just walking alongside you on the path.
